I finally shook this cold off and the cough is dwindling down - good enough for a trip to Ikea. We went there to buy a bed for Jason. I finally was able to look in the fabric section but the husband doesn't have patience to wait so I only bought one design--
My cousin-in-law went to Japan and got me these two dolls --
I'm knitting red socks per the request of my son --

So I am able to do a quick post today. I'm still terribly sick so I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow. The cold has turned into a bad cough. One lady on my BART ride to work actually changed seats because of my coughing. I thought she was getting off at the next stop but she didn't. My parents are taking Ava for the night so me and the husband can get some rest though I can't sleep right now. We just had dinner at my mom's - nice, simple and quiet. Though me and my husband stopped the gift giving between us, my sister still showers gifts to me and my kids. When I first opened my gift from her I thought it was animal crackers but at second glance it was a harajuku box with a watch inside --the face plate is in my favorite color -- "slate blue"!

I probably won't have time to post tomorrow to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day so I'm wishing it today!
I wanted to make these cookies. I bought the cookie cutter last year from Williams Sonoma after Valentine's Day so it was on sale. I don't think I have the energy to make them though with this cold.
I bought some fabric to make a quilt. Still deciding on the design.

I've been sick with a cold for two weeks now... no crafting but picture taking. Little Miss Ava now has 4 teeth.
